Working Days are Monday - Friday (Excluding Bank Holidays).
Any orders placed after 2pm Friday and over the weekend will not be dispatched until Monday, excluding Public Holidays.
Christmas Period - Due to high demand, orders with next working day selected may take 1-2 days to be delivered.
Please note that our offices will be closed from 5:00pm on Monday 22nd December 2025 to allow our team a well-earned Christmas break. We will reopen during the week commencing Monday 5th January 2026.
Any orders placed after 21st December 2025 will be dispatched from 5th January 2026.

DPD Next Day Delivery is selected at checkout for a pre-order item, this means:
Your order will be dispatched with DPD Next Day Delivery as soon as the item arrives in our warehouse.
The "Next Day" delivery refers to the speed of delivery once your item is in stock, not the day after you place your order.
