If you’ve forgotten your password please navigate to the login page and click 'forgot your password'. Please also follow this process if you just want to change your password.

We want all our customers to be happy with their purchase or service received from Wowow. If there is something that you're not happy with, please speak with us right away so that we can try to sort your issue out for you. Contact us via email or one of our social media platforms.

We're always happy to hear your thoughts about our products and service. To tell us what you think, please contact our customer service team directly through our contact us page. If you have purchased a toy already we would be grateful if you could leave us a review. An email will be sent to you from our reviews partner 'Yotpo' asking for your opinion on how we performed.

We are sad to see you go however if you no longer wish to receive our marketing emails, please click the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any of our marketing emails. If you experience any issues when trying to unsubscribe, please contact our customer service team here and we’d be more than happy to assist you.

It is unlikely that we would ever need to cancel your order unless it was deemed as fraudulent or there was an error with the items stock levels. If this unlikely event occurs we will contact you ASAP!

Order Support

We will send you an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed. This email can take up to 24 hours to arrive in your inbox (don't forget to check that pesky Junk Folder) and will confirm what items you purchased, the quantity and how much you have been charged. If you have not received your order confirmation out with the 24 hour period please contact our amazing customer service team who will be happy to assist you.

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed we are unable to make any amendments due to the speedy work of our warehouse team. This includes changes such as delivery address, delivery method. If you wish to cancel your order, we will endevour to do this if the item has not already been shipped to you. Please email or call us to check if the item has been dispatched.

If you wish to return your order please follow our returns process.

As soon as the returns are received at our warehouse, we will check everything is OK with them and provided they are in good order your refund will be processed within 14 days (from the day you sent your return parcel) to the method of payment used for the order. You’ll receive a confirmation email when the item has been refunded. If you have not received your refund and the 28 days has lapsed please contact our awesome customer service team who will be happy to help.

There are multiple statuses for your order depending which stage it is at. Below is a list of the statuses you will see when checking your order's progress.

Processing - We have received payment for your order and it has been created.

Order Received - Your order is waiting to be processed by the Dispatch Team.

Out for delivery – Your order is on its way to you

Complete - Your order has been completed and confirmed as delivered.
